Judicial Services General Info

The Place I Go offers pre and post-trial services for Monitored Sobriety (Random UA’s). These services are in place to help Client’s through ordered stipulations by their supervising agency. These types of monitoring are typically referred by the Delta County of Human Services (DHS) or by Court ordered during pre-trial Bond Supervision or are stipulations of sentencing for a Case. The Place I Go works in conjunction with the DHS, Courts, Probation Office, and the Division of Motor Vehicles to ensure an individual is abiding by all rules set forth by their supervising agency. All services are self-pay, unless otherwise covered by the supervising agency, and payment arrangements can be made with Judicial Services staff.
